What is Kimberley process certification?‎
The Kimberley Process Certification Scheme (KPCS) is the process ‎established in 2003 to prevent "conflict diamonds" from entering the ‎mainstream rough diamond market by United Nations General Assembly ‎Resolution 55/56 following recommendations in the Fowler Report.
The process was set up "to ensure that diamond purchases were not ‎financing violence by rebel movements and their allies seeking to undermine ‎legitimate governments."‎

What is the return policy?‎
Simple return policy.
Item must be sent back within 5 days from receiving the goods- in its original ‎boxing and in an unharmed situation.‎
We offer 100% refund minus shipping fees.‎

Can I have the diamond over for inspection before I ‎make a purchase?‎
We have established a sophisticated website where each diamond has a 360 ‎degrees video showing the diamond from 140 angles in order to allow our ‎buyers to inspect the diamond just as if they were inspecting it themselves.
The videos shows diamond's color and clarity level, with possibility of zoom ‎in and zoom out.‎
We do not send stones for inspection upfront payment.‎
Buyer is welcome to visit our office at the Israeli diamond exchange center ‎and inspect the diamonds in person.‎

Are the diamonds insured?‎
Yes. Our shipping companies Brinks and Malca-amit insures the diamonds ‎for a 100% fully insurance

Do you offer cutting services for your rough?‎
For any purchase over 20,000$ we offer cutting services for additional ‎‎150$ per carat.‎

what commission do you offer me if I have a buyer ‎for you?‎
We pay brokers 1% commission for each diamond sold.‎
